We ship all our books via the United States Postal Service. For domestic (United States) orders, prices are flat rate and your options include:
• $6.00: USPS Media Mail (2-8 Days)
• $15.00: USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days)
• $35.00: USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 Days)
You also have the option of picking up the book at our storefront in South Haven, MI, which is FREE!
For international customers (yes, including Canada), we charge a flat rate of:
• $20.00: USPS First-Class International
