This is a hardcover first edition, with a milky acetate dust wrapper. While the poems were written from 1946 to 1966, they weren’t published until 1988 by Black Sparrow Press, and as a page in the back of the book tells us, only 500 hardcover trade copies were published. This book is in very good used condition — as you can see in the photos, there is some wear to the edges of the book, but other than that, the cover is still vibrant and the pages are in great shape.
