Episodic and richly told, the novel follows Scooter’s early encounters with love, loss, music, and mentorship — especially through the presence of the enigmatic Luzana Cholly, whose wandering spirit and guitar playing leave a lasting mark. This is a hardcover, first edition copy of the book, in good used condition. The book jacket is frayed at the edges, especially at the top of the spine (see photos). There’s also some darkening/spotting of the pages, also seen in the pics here.
